Hi everyone. Have a nice day!

I am a newbie in this field. Currently during my study, I had a few questions as follows.

Hope you can help me. I apologize for the rather long question. Thank you 🥰

1.【SAP (MM)】This is a question about system operation in SAP. Based on the business rule that a Purchase Requisition must be made 60 days in advance for items such as new parts for which the delivery date cannot be predicted, standard delivery LT is set to 60 days for new part numbers. How should I operate SAP as a standard usage?

Issue: Currently, I make Purchase Requisition with an LT 60 days, and after the requirement explosion, the purchasing department negotiates the delivery date with the customer for the parts that have been set to LT 60 days, and rewrites the delivery date to the correct delivery date. But at the site level, it causes confusion as to which LT is correct , and it also induces delivery deadline.

2.【SAP (FI)】 I created the basic data for the consumption tax return is created in Excel, but I want to know if it can be made more efficient using the S4/HANA functions. Currently, I extract the possible details into Excel, sort them on Excel to see if they are subject to consumption tax return, and calculate the consumption tax rate, but the number of details is too large and Excel often malfunctions, so it is not accurate. I think even I can't create an application form, I can improve efficiency by being able to sort and tabulate by consumption tax classification (consumption tax code?) on SAP.

3.【SAP (PS)】 Background: I issue the necessary product-level Production Order from WBS, but there are Purchase Requisition and Production Order at the level of units and parts under the product, which are not directly linked to the WBS. Therefore, i recognize that i can not see the purchase actual result from the WBS unless the product is completed.

*Reference: There are 5 layers in M-BOM from products to parts.

I am trying to see the cost progress for each WBS, but I cannot see the purchase actual results of child parts of product in real time from the WBS. Do you know any measure to improve this situation in SAP?
