Staffing Percentage in IT0001

Hallo,

How to change the staffing Percentage in IT0001.

We have parttime employees ... ( means the position is parttime.. org needs this position only parttime ) but for these parttime employees IT0001 staffing percentage is maintained as 100%

IT0007 - Employement percentage is maintained as 100% as well

IT0008 - Capacity utilisation is maintained as 100% as well ..

we like to correct this ... I am not sure how to change the staffing Percentage in IT0001 (is it coming from OM)

what will be the impact on IT0007;IT0008 ?

Hi Smitra,

The employment percentage can be maintained in Infotype 0007 and you can tick Part Time employee.

And in infotype 0001 the 100% is the pecent assigned by default to the Holder in OM when you hire the person for the position.

You can change that pecentage as well in PPOME for the Holder.

Hi Smitra,

I think this can be set via PD infotype IT1011 work schedule (using data configured in T77S0)

So you need to create this infotype in OM (PP01), then you may need to run the integration report RHINTE** (see documentation for the same and you integration swtiches PLOGI).
