SSAM 2210 - Attachment background color

In SSAM 2210, after capturing the signature and syncing, the attachment is getting saved with black background in which the information is not clearly visible in ECC but it is displaying fine with the proper white background on the SSAM App. Can anyone please let me know if there any setting for this, so that it gets saved with same white color background in ECC? This happens only on iOS but not on Android. Thank you!

Doesn't seem like the issue is with SSAM but with the ECC system. Maybe reach out to someone from their team to identify why the color is different.

Based on our testing, on iOS the background for the signature is transparent. So there is no background color. When rendering it will then show the underlying color. Android is always using a white background for saved signatures.

Thanks Bill, is there a setting or a file where we can change the background color for a signature?

No, we do not currently have a way to force the background to a specific color for the iOS signature.
