spliting inbound delivery line into transfer order lines

Hi

I use WMS.

And I have faced a problem.

I have one line in inbound delivery and when transfer order is created from this delivery it contains also one line. But very often volume of material is more than one cell.

Is it possible to split one line in delivery into few line it tranfer order according to volume of cells and material ?

Hi

Unfortunately your proposal don't work in my case.

We can't use strategy while creating TO for inbound delivery.

And warehouse workers look for free bin.

So the best option for us is to have one line in TO and split it into few line during confirmation.

Try this way out:

1) While confirming TO ,confirm only partial quantity.

2) This will enable TR to be reopened with the remaining quantity.

3)You can convert the TR for remaining quantity into a TO.

4) In this way u can split 1 line item of delivery into mre than 1 TO

Hi,

You have one more choice of doing this.

Before the creation of TO, during LT06 or LT04 transaction itself you can manually divide the line item quantity into different storage bins.
