Special Procurement Key

I have created two Depot (6011,6013) and one plant(6010). Now, Sales order has created in 6011 and production will be carried on 6010 plant. I want to use Special procurement key for this. Can anybody please suggest what will be the exact settings for this scenario to be executed?

Hello,

You can define & use Spl Procurement Key with Stock transfer from 6010 to 6011.

Spl Procurement Key definition in Plant-6011 in SPRO as below:

Plant - 6011

Spl Proc Key- 40

Proc Type- F

Special procurement - U (Stock transfer)

Plant - 6010 (Prod Plant)

so , i need to create 2 SPK .

If yes then in Material Master what SPK i will maintain as a default . and at a time if the sales order placed from 2 different deports for same Material then what will be the defalt .

Hello,

You've two Depots (From where you'll raise Sales Orders), so need to create a Stock Transfer Spl Proc Key in both Depots/Plants with Production Plant as 6010.

Then need to assign respective Spl Proc Key in particular Material Number in Depot. e.g. Key-40 for Depot-6011 & Key-40 for Depot-6013. Spl Proc Key definition is @ Plant Level.

Now, whenever there's a sales requirement in Depot, a production requirement will flow to Production Plant-6010 after MRP in Depot/s.

How is your sales org./distribution channel (TCode: OVX6) mapped to the plants and depots for the sales order which gets created?

One more Query ,

when I run MRP for Depot plan Every thing is happen as per expected result . the issue is for Consumption against the Production Order it will set autometically 'S' special indicator . pls suggest .
