We found from the following site that SAP Business One has been listed as one of the solution provider for the GST invoice solution.

Does any one know if this is an add-on solution provided by SAP or by partner?

Hello,

as you can see in that list there are several option for SAP Business One. Where the Name of IRSP Prime is a Partner's name that solution is most probably in combination with a partner AddOn - but that you should check with the specific partner. There is one option where the IRSP'name is SAP Asia Pte Ltd; that one is not using Partner AddOn. But you can see in the field Solution Name: SAP Document and Reporting Compliance & SAP Business One. So you should have a subscription for SAP Document and Reporting Compliance as well. SAP Business One supporting directly only SAP Document and Reporting Compliance service.

In case you would like to use other Peppol Gateway (not from SAP) - you should find an AddOn provided (supported) by a partner.
