Show Description of GL on Trial Balance

I can't run Trail Balance with GL description as below picture.

Please suggest how I can see the description in each GL on trial balance as picture 2 on financial statement.

Did you check the report Settings / Characteristics as shown here, to ensure it is set to ID and Description?
