shipment cost

when i am creating shipment cost, system is giving some message saying that

"delivery is not fully picked" and it is not allowing to create the cost for the shipment.

for this error when i checked the delivery picking is fully completed.

can anybody through some light on the issue

HI Ramesh,

Go to VL02N and Go to Item and Processing, Here everything (Picking, WM activities & Confirmation / Packing (incase you have activated) has to be Status - "C".

Pl Check and incase it is not do picking using LT03 and Confirmation (If it is 2 step picking) using LT12, to confirm TO ensure that Picking and Delivery Qty is same.

here we r not using any warehouse management.

i have checked it but delivery is completely processed.
