When cancelling a Service Contract, you select a reason for cancellation.
Can the number of cancellation reasons be increased in the configuration?
If I want to add more options for cancellation reasons, will I need to develop an add-on?

Currently as of 2408 there is no such customizing available for service contract cancellation reason.
