Hello Expertise,

While doing for service order creation process appearing this below listed error on stage of Service confirmation in public cloud edition.

Can someone help me on this error again possible solution method to complete service order.

Error : Type G of cost center 0000010101 is not allowed for activity type SV01

Diagnosis

Cost center 0000010101 is of category G. Only the categories C are

allowed for activity type SV01. For this reason, you cannot allocate

this activity from cost center 0000010101.

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Service" for this question, as Services Order is an object of Service Line of Business.

Hi Dhanush,

You have two options:

Either you will change the cost centre of engineer (HR master data) to a cost center with the type C,

Or cost center master data need to be changed for the type C.
