service notifiation 2 repair order

Hi...

1)Iam not able to create repair order from Service notification........

2)I created Repair Order and i entered Servicable material in that....iam getting error...."_No Entry for Plant ER01,Service Object01 in table T399A"_

Maintain entries for the service material in order to generate the service order automatically.

Dear Maruti,

Is material being maintained in to particular plant? Check with serial number / equipment number for the material for that particular plant, if any.

Table Name: T399A

Check whether configuration is made correctly.

I checked in that table.......i maintained material in that plant.........

i cant able to see Order type in that table is this required....
