SERVICE LAYER IS NOT FOUND SAP B1 10 PL 02

Hi Experts,

I have upgraded version SAP Business One 10 PL 02, facing issue with SBO Alert service.

I am getting error message " Service Layer is not found for this database server "

Please help me to sortout this isssues.

Isn't Service Layer, Web Client, Electronic Document Service part of the SAP Business One Components? See screenshot below. Also after uninstalling/reinstalling the Components, if the Alert service still can't see service layer, i'd _then_ clean install server tools.
