hi

is it possible to enter one service entry sheet for multiple line items of one po.

now if one PO is having 3 items i need to do 3 SES for that Po

is this SAP standard?

is there any other way to do all line items of PO in one SES.

Seervice entry sheet you can maintain for one line item at a time, you can't maintain in same SE for more than one line item of the PO

If you have scenario like that then create the PO with one line item and in the service tan enter all the service as line item detail level not the po item level

than system will allow you to create one SE for all the service of the lime item of the PO.

Charlie's answer is perfect. Even if you try to select the second item of purchase document, the service is identified as an unplanned service of 1st item.

Hi Friends,

The system does not allow one service entry sheet for multiple PO line items.My client has many service PR (approx. 40 PR per day) and they create one Service PO with reference to these 40 service PR.So ultimately they have one service PO with about 40 line items.Now they have to create 40 Service entry sheets since the system does not allow creation of one service entry sheet for 40 PO lines.Is'nt this cumbersome?

Is there any configuration by virtue of which i can enter only one Service entry sheet for multiple PO lines ?

It's not perfect, and it won't work in all instances but, if the plant and storage location are either all the same or irrelevant, you create a single line item with several service items on it.
