Send E-mail option in "My Inbox" application is not working while opening at the receiver end.

We are using the Send E-mail functionality provided in the My inbox application to forward the details to our colleagues via e-mail to review the details. But the link to inbox task item is not working at the receiver end. It is opening an empty task list in my inbox application.

First of all, the receiver should have all the approval roles in comparison to the sender.

Secondly the receiver should have this work item in his my inbox application. It is not ideal to review the approval details by anyone whom we shared the email. So the receiver should have the work item in his inbox with which the sender has shared by email. So once the receiver clicks on the link, it will exactly navigate to the respective work item where the sender had requested the review via email.
