segment accounts

Dear All,
I want to activate use segmentation accounts in administration module, but it is inactive, please advise how to make it active, i want segments to be applied in my company.Thanks

Hello,

You need to choose the option when you are setting up the database(company creation), if you have imported data it cannot be reversed. You need to create new database to have the option to be enabled.
