Section 80/80C, Claims contents are not loading on ESS

Hi,

Payroll related services on portal like India Claims (Reimbursements), Section80/80C contents are not loading even after required configuration is done.

For claims Only blank page is loading.

For Section80/80C No contents are loading (only iview loads with Exit button, No standard contents of Sec 80/80C)

our system technical details as follows,

ECC 6.0 Ehp 4: SAP_APPL 604 05

SAP_HR 604 12

EA_HR 604 12

NW70 Portal Ehp1: SAP_ESS 603 05

SAP_MSS 600 16

PCUI_GP 603 05

BP ERP05 ESS 1.41 SP05

BP ERP05 MSS 1.41 SP05

BP ERP05 COMMON PARTS 1.41 SP05

please check the url of pcd of the iviews are they maintained in resources in PTARQ> HOMEPAGE CUSTOMISATION> define resources

also lauch this iview from content admin and verify?

Hi Siddharth,

I have checked in the Resource key for mentioned services in home page customising, the pcd path already assigned for all.

When I load the claims iview, Sec80/80C iviews from content admin even there also its opening balnk page.

any other guess?
