HI all,
We have requirement to scrap all used material in the plant like Bearing, Vbelts and other general items. My client wants this material to be sent to scrap location for selling these materials in SAP.
I want to know how to enter this material in my stock and send to scrap storage location because this material is already issued from stores and consumed also.
Please help me how to map this in SAP.
Hi,
1) Create a non- valuated material code
2) create stock scrap store MB1A movt. 202 ( or a custom copy of it)
3) rest of the process is same as normal sales ( other then separate sales document types)

Hi,
As in your process material is already issued from stores and consumed and want back that material as scrap to scrap storage location. So now create all scrap materials as namely Bearing, Vbelts and other general items by using Material type ABF .
Perform a 501 movement with MIGO for all scrap material, so all scraps material wil be scrap inventory and then for selling scrap go creation Sales order, Delivery & customer Invoicing Process.

Hi,
Normally you can use 521 (goods receipt without production order) / 501 (goods receipt without purchase order) to get scrap in to SAP. You need do the necessary account determination in OBYC.
You can have seperate valuation classes / GL accounts for different scrap types.
