For LP-document type scheduling agreement how GR is made?(with ref to).

EXPLAIN THE FLOW.

Dear Raja,

In case of scheduling aggreement GR is made with reference to Schedule lines.Infact GR cannot be posted prior to schedule lines/ Delivery Dates.

Incase of LP types scheduling agreement , it is transmitted to vendor when saved in the system

Scheduling agreement is a PO itself with a validity period.

You need to maintain only delivery schedule.This will generate schedule lines and then u can do GR against the scheduling agreement.

If u have maintained scheduling agreement then u would have maintained delivery schedule to it.

suppose for one scheduling agreement for 400 quantity u have maintained 4 delivery schedules of 100 quantity each, now these delivery schedules will reflect in MD04.

when u do MIGO, u do it with respect to the Scheduling Agreement No. and if u enter quantity as 100 the particular delivery schedule is fulfilled and u cannot c it in MD04.

Note:-In Scheduling Agreement u cannot do MIGO if the MIGO date is earlier than the scheduling agreement date.

Scheduling agreement is nothing but PO.Please put in option PO and do GR.

u can do MIGO with respect to scheduling agreement.

all u have to do is to enter the scheduling agreement no. at the place where u give PO NO. it will show u the scheduling agreement.

When i am trying to do GR (Tx MIGO) for Scheduling Agreement It is giving error that "Document XX Does not Contain any selectable item".

Hi,

For schedule agreement, you can do MIGO only on the date (or after the date) of the schedule line. Hence check the date of schedule line. If required change the date & then post it.
