considering the SAP video (here available), at min 1:06 the template "Cash Application: Create templates for Bank Statement Reprocessing" can be selected but checking in our system is not available.
One of the important pre-requisite to use "Cash Application: Create templates for Bank Statement Reprocessing" rules is to have SAP Cash application (scope item 1MV) activated in your system, which is an additional scope item and not part of the standard scope. If not you may not be able to view the above app.
