Hello
I have set up sbo mailer
All users have an email address defined
But I have a error message
"There is no email address defined for the sendeur, can not send email, fax , sms, serveur"
do you know this?

What ever user you are logged in as should have an email addess defined in the User definitions
Administrattion > Setup > General > Users
Example: If you are logged in as manager, check the manager user and enter an email address
yes all users have an email address defined and I do not understand why I get the error message
Other than the email address on the user definition screen, I am not sure if there is anywhere else it is looking for this information.

Hi,
I am not fluent with SBO terms but i did find the same problem and had to ensure the email address existed in employee master data and user set up.
the fields are OHEM: email and OUSR: E_Mail

I think you may also need an email address for the company in Administration>Company Details> General
