Hi
I have set SBO Mailer to start automatically from Service Manager but for some reason or another it is being disconnected. I have managed to send a Sales Order by email but all my Alerts are not being sent.
I've also checked the Event Viewer for errors and I found the below message for SBO Mailer application:
"The description for Event ID ( 62 ) in Source ( SBOMail ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Failed to mark records success."
