Hi Friends

I am trying to connect backend ABAP S4HANA system from SAP WEB IDE. I have try to configure the destination as per the details provided but i getting below error.

I feel some sort of configuration has to be done at server side.

Can someone suggest what settings has to be incorporated and where it has to be done.

Failure reason: "An error of type SSLHandshake occurred during check connection!"

Thanks and Regards Vijay

There are two steps you'd pay attention to:

first, config the Cloud connector(if the backend system is on-premise)

second, if it's on-premise system, the 'PROXY TYPE' should be 'on-premise' rather than 'internet'

any other problems, please let me know.

Hi Vijay,

Do you have cloud connector configuration? In case of on premise system.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi Vijay,

You should change 'No Authentication' to 'User Authentication' and provide user id and password of S/4HANA system.

If you prefer to use SSL, then import the certificates from S/4HANA to SCP and vice versa.

Let me know how it goes.
