SAP upgrade

Ho do I identify a list of all modifications to standard SAP . We are planning to upgrade.

From my understanding once the upgrade is applied then the adjustments are made using SPDD/SPAU.

Is there any way to determine the extent of mod to standard SAP before the actual upgarde itself.

To overview all modifications to SAP standard use transaction SE95 - "Modification Browser".

Like Maxim suggested SE95 is the best way to identify all the Objects that were modified with /without Modification Assistant. PL check the

on MOdification Browser.
