SAP S/4HANA Cloud / Define Sensitive Fields for Dual Control / Add Field

Hi everybody,

I would like to add four more fields for dual control:

• Vendor: Bank account valid from (LFBK-KOVON) and bank account valid to (LFBK-KOBIS)
• Cutomer: Bank account valid from (KNBK-KOVON) and bank account valid to (KNBK-KOBIS)

My problem is, that the concerned fields are not available and I did not figure out yet, how to add fields
to the following table:

SSCUI:102853 (Define Sensitive Fields for Dual Control (Vendors))

Hi gajanthan,

The fields 'Valid From' (KNBK-KOVON and LFBK-KOVON) and 'Valid To' (KNBK-KOBIS and LFBK-KOBIS) (Time-dependent bank details) are not present in a standard S/4HANA Cloud system in the actual LFBK or KNBK tables.

Even in an On-Premise version, these fields would only be applicable for Public Sector customers who have Public Sector customising activated. (KBA 1652222 - Fields KOVON & KOBIS are not available in Customer / Vendor Master)

This is why they do not appear in the SSCUI 102853 as they do not exist in the tables themselves in an S/4HANA Cloud system.

Are you a Public Sector customer?

thank you very much for helping. Unfortunately I am not a public sector customer.
I understand your explanation, but I do not understand why the concerned fields are reserved for the public sector.

If you have a business reason for using these industry-specific fields and you would like to suggest their expanded use in a future SAP S/4HANA Cloud Release then you could check the KBA 2838330 - How To Request for New Features for Master Data topics in SAP S/4HANA Cloud
