Hi Ashish,

Did you rename the existing files before you execute the command?

Thanks,

Hi siva,

I have taken the backup of saprouter folder and deleted the certreq, cred_v2, getcert.cer, local.pse, srcert files.

and then i executed the command.

Hi,

Take a backup of existing files and follow below steps.

Sapgenpse get_pse -v u2013r certreq u2013p local.pse u201CCN=hostname of router, OU=0000098765, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DEu201D.

Two files (local.pse and certreq) will be created .

Open the certreq file and copy the data and paste in service.sap.com/saprouter-sncadd.

It will give some data copy that one and paste in srcert file.

Run the below command

sapgenpse import_own_cert u2013c srcert u2013p local.pse

I hope it will help you.

Regards,

Kiran .V

Hi,

make sure arguments for sapgenpse are correct, usually this error appears when the sapgenpse command is copied and pasted from Word or similar, and the command prompt does not recognise the format of the ", rather type in the command at the command prompt.

kind regards,

R

know it's a late reply, but it helped me a lot : I indeed copied the command from a Word file instead of plain text file !

thank you !

Hello,

It should be certreq in the syntax, not certreq1 . You have to rename existing certreq to old in order to user certreq in the syntax.

Please go through the below link for step by step procedure.

Good luck.

Thanks,

Siva Kumar
