SAP Public Cloud Purchase Order to Sale Order IDOC

Dear All

Within On-Prem and SAP Rise, we have a Inter Company scenario where Purchase Order is created by one Company Code and auto Sale Order is created within another Company Code using IDOCs.

Please confirm, how the above process can be achieved i.e. auto creation of Sales Order against a Purchase Order. Do we still have IDocs concept in Public Cloud.

Thanks Vivek , many links are referred there and as per my understanding from those not all Idocs are available in Public Cloud. Can you please confirm the availability of Sale Order Creation Scenario with reference to Purchase Order using IDoc.
