SAP PS assembly processing forwards scheduling

Dear experts,

We have an issue that assembly processing with networks does not work when forwards scheduling is defined in "Specify parameters for network scheduling".

The following error appears:

Error when processing Network

Message No. V1380

Diagnosis

A technical error has occurred. On calling up the assembly interface, exception 2 was triggered. The exceptions have the following meanings:

•1 = External block

•2 = General error

•3 = Insufficient data for the interface

•4 = Order was not found

•5 = Update has been rejected

•6 = Final document number for Network is not issued

Procedure

Inform your system administrator.

When the customizing is changed to backwards scheduling the network and project is created without any error.I'm unable to find any information if assembly processing in combination with networks can work with forwards scheduling.

Can someone help me with answering this?

Though OSS note 61886 is an older version, as per that, it could be an authorization issue and you may have to set SAP_X_ACTVT = 'X' Not able to see any OSS note relates to S/4 Hana. If this note also not solves your issue, you can raise an OSS message citing this as an example

Not sure in which version you are working. Have a look at OSS note 801678

The version is S/4HANA 2022 FPS01.

I had a look to the note but this did not solve the issue / answer the question.
