siva_prudhviThere is no implementation "from start to end" of the note 390635 - Change documents for production and process orders - read the note carefully.

It is a consulting type note. It explains why SAP standard does not save change documents for production/process orders. The note also provides sample solution to save the change documents with the PPCO0007 user exit.

The note provides guidance and hints on how to build a custom solution. It does not provide a ready made solution.
