I Just want to know some ans. like what are the things we have to do during support project. i am not having clear idea. so plz guide me
Hi Dear
when you give support to your client and any firm you will have to ensure whether everything is going smooth or not, if not then your client will give you some problem regarding SAP module wise. in Technical terms these problem are called ticket. you will have to give the solution against that Tickets within the specified time
there are Three criterion's (Priorities) to solve the Ticket
1-- High
2--Medium
3--Low
for High you will have to give the solution for that ticket within 4 hrs
for Medium you will have to give the solution for that ticket within 2 days
for Low you will have to give the solution for that ticket within 2 to 6 days
this time duration depends upon Client to client

i belive the answer is sdn.sap.com
u can read the query of the people here and i think most of the querys r of post impelimentation like
they r doing some avctivity and the message is coming as warning then how to convert it into error message
like wise most of the querys here r of support job
