Hi,

I want to carry forward loss of pay to next month .

Please help!!!

Do all loss of pay need to be carried forward to next month or some? What is the logic behind this?

Dear Sir,

We are running the time evaluation from 01st April to 25th April.. Giving 5 days present to all..

In this period  someone taken leave as unauthorized absence it should deduct in May period ie

when we run may from 26th to 25th May...

So this leave be deducted ...Please help!!!!

Hi,

You can do in the below ways if are following below process.

1. If LOP is integrated with Time managment & Payroll--->>> Dnt reduce LOP wage type from the factoring. and it will call by the next month with operation AMT=L and IMPRT  O function in the payroll schema.

2. If you are giving LOP in tge IT2001 then in the absence valuation make it absence valuation rule as a paid and maintain wage type in the section. You can query that wage type in the next payroll period as same like point1.

Check and tell me.

Hi ,

When you will run the may payroll then system will go back to april period and make all changes due to unpaid leaves during that period will be recovered and adjustment will be made on may payroll.

It's a standard system behaviour.
