Could any one please let me know the Positive Time Management configuration step by step?
I reviewed many docs but not getting full fledged information and while implementing not successfully done.

In Time management, the time can be recorded in two ways in SAP, -Negative time management -Positive time management
Positive time Management : - Consider as Clock in/out timings, employees enter thier time sheets in third party system, we capture the timings from non sap to sap.
By using the bdc program we can upload the data in infotype IT2011.
P10 (clock in time) and P20(Clock out time)
Path : SPRO--IMG-Time managment - create holiday calender - transaction SCAL .Here configure the holidays and then assign them to holiday calendar and configure Factory calendar.
Create work schedules : create Daily Work schedule with breaks and then create periodic work schedule .Now create Work schedule rule(WSR).
Generate the work schedule for the valid period you want to run positive time management .
Create absence types: create absence types like earned leave ,sick leave ,casual leave and configure them with time constraints and deduction rules.so that it will integrate in portal to apply leaves.
Create attandance types : create attendance type like comp off and configure.
Create absence quota :generate absence quota for all the employeess which the company entitles to everyone. PT_QTA00.
Counting rule(T556C) should be assigned to Absence type (V_T554S)
and then Absence quota(V_556R_B) should be configured with Deduction rule (V_T556A).
Finally check the counting rule and deduction rule are linked or not.
If you have additional requirement , like overtime IT2005, late attandance , shift plannings.. you have to create a time types by using the table V_T555A table
Processing type T555Z tables
Positive schema : TM00 or TM04 (copy to custom) Infotype 0007 , TMSTA = '7' or '9' runt the time eval: PT60 or RPTIME00.
