Can i do in-place upgrade from ecc6 ehp5 netweaver 7.02 to ecc6 ehp 7 netweaver 7.4?

Hi Samy,

Based on your OS & DB configuration you need to check PAM for compatibility. You will get your answers in PAM.

Hello Deepak,

OS & SQL are compatible to do in place upgrade according to PAM.

Now, Can i just upgrade the netweaver from 7.02 to 7.4 without upgrade ehp5 ?

Hi Samy,

There is a tool provided by SAP for this called Upgrade Dependency Analyzer (UDA). This will help you in understanding whether a one step upgrade is possible. Along with this you can get an idea for compatibility of other application in your system.
