sap ck11n error is consumption account cannot be determined

hi

i have material type znvl whose costing and accounting view is not defined as they r non valuated items

in executting ck11n i m facing the error ck-322 consumption account cannot be determined for those material (znvvl types)

how to resolve

not proper solution but works.

In boyc t code-just maint gl accounts of consumption with combiantion of valution class and gl account- dont maintain gl accounts with combiantion of general modifier and valution modifier.

This may be result of znvvl is set with "material master-value update" in Config setting.

Please check config for material type :ZNWL

IMG>Logistic general>basic settings>material type>define attributes of of material type( here value update box should be unchecked).

Please check to deactivate the flag 'CostingRelevncy' in the BOM for this component.

If you change this flag, the cost estimate run without error CK 322.

HI,

even if the material is unvaluated, it needs a (dummy) account determination based on a valuation class in accounting 1 view.

Another possibility is: if the material is unvaluated why do you try during CK11N to find values for it?

Set the "no costing relevancy" in the BoM (bill of material) and this BoM-position is not taken into consideration during CK11N.
