SAP ByD - CRM Price extension

Hello everyone,

I have an extension field in the following view:

Product and Service Portfolio --> Discount lists --> test1 (A pricing table which i created in the configuration and added the extension field to it).

The extension field - "Profit Center" is an ID field that I created in the SDK in "Sales Order" object and I used the process extension to extend it to the "CRM Price".

I want the field in the above view to be of type "OVS" but it seems that I can't get to enhance the screen.

In the sales order the screens are enhanced easly and I added the OVS without any problem.

Any one have any idea?

Hi Dor Alon,

short update from my end.

• the extension field in Pricing supports most types except OVS ( ID ) type
• example Profit Center ID is not supported
• since due to technical reasons the ID type is treated special type in Pricing master data, which needs bit of implementation and the implementation is not open to partners and customers ( not open for extensions )
• due to the above technical gap, the ID field ( for extension field ) is not supported for custom fields in pricing master data maintainance.

Its a limitation in current system .

Work around :

user have to use the Text Field / Code List to manage realize the scenario
