How can I register "Analytics Platform"?

In the recent past, we "delete" this services, and now we need to "Add Analytics Platform" again, but this services is disabled in combobox for add services:

How we can do it for add "Analytics Platform" again?

Hi,

i fear the only way is to do run the setup again.

from the folder /usr/sapSAPBusinessone, you can run the setup executable. You should be able to
reexecute the configuration.

If not, from the previous application, remove analytic service, then reinstall it again (you will need the full install package)

Thanks for your suggest. I reinstall Analytics services again and Analytics Platform show again in SLD:

but when i clicked on Analytics Platform .... Page is blank:

... and not show any info to configure.

On the other hands, if i log on SAP B1 Client, it show the follow message:

Note I installed "SAP Business One Analytics 1.2 powered by SAP HANA" too.

it seems that the application is not deplyed

I don't know if you should have install "SAP Business One Analytics 1.2 powered by SAP HANA". That component is only needed when you have B1 on SQL Server.

Please, also look at the analytic logs file to check and collect errors :

• /var/log/SAPBusinessOne/AnalyticsPlatform/analyticService.log
• /usr/sap/SAPBusiessOne/Common/tomcat/logs/catalina.out

that will be useful if you create a ticket through sap support
