SAP Business one DashBoard

Hi experts,

i have installed SAP business one integration framework successfully.

Connections are successful  as well. But if i tick the SAP Crsytal Dashboard Web portal and click on update i get the error below;

But in the web browser i get the below;

Urgent Help required;

this is my eventsender settings and "persolgh.com" is my domain name but when i check my settings i do not have that in it.

What was appeared when you click on "Administration" ----> "Integration Service" ----> "Integration Administration"???

What Address you get in Explorer address bar???

Is this your server name or is this a ip???

i did not .

i do not know why it is bringing it up.

The browser is showing server name.

But if i click on the SAP Crystal dashboard web portal it does not connect; i get the below.

but if i edit i by taking the persolgh.com from the link ,y dashboard connects on the browser.

did you put "<server_name>persolgh.com" somewhere in the settings ??

Dear Justice,

1. what is "persolgh.com" in your address of web portal??? and why it is not define in event sender???

2. I normally use IP address. below is the Web Portal access through Static IP.

How do i change the IP or SAP Crystal dashboard web portal link so that it will work?

change the settings of IP in B1if SLD and Event sender.

I have checked all.

I used Server Name.

But i am still getting same error when i click on update

Did you check with the IP address in all setting ??

What address your browser showing ??

Hello Doku,

Is IP or Server name is right on the web address after opening ??

check with the IP address if you use server_name. In Event Sender and B1if SLD.
