When trying to extract data to Excel on SAP Business One on Cloud or Remote Desktop Connection, SAP application hangs. For example, I tried to extract data with Transaction Dates from 11/04/2014 to 11/04/2014 in Inventory>Inventory Reports>Inventory Posting Lists and the report was exported successfully. But when I changed the Transaction Dates for the whole month say 11/01/2014 to 11/30/2014, the system freezes and I need administrator access to server to disconnect me from SAP.
Anyone out there who encountered and resolved the same error? Your inputs are very much appreciated.
