SAP Business One Activity - Set Assignedby with Business One Integrationsframework?

Hello Community,

we have a scenario, that creates activities with B1iF. Now the scenarios should set the Field "assignedBy". The SAP Business One logic enters allways the current user, who is logged in into the database. In our case it is B1i, but we want to user the User, who really creates the activity.

I can't find the field in the templates.

Is it pissible to set this field with B1i (or DIAPI)?

Hi Marco

This user is identified in SAP Business One via License assignment. The user must be available in the SAP Business One company, the B1iINDIRECT_MSS indirect access license and the B1i user license must be assigned to this user.
