SAP B1 HANA - attachment folder is frequently not mounted

Using SAP Business One HANA 9.3 PL04.

The attachment path is located in the shared folder \\xx.xxx.xxx.xx\b1_shf\Attachment.

We have mounted the attachment folder to the path mentioned so that when we send an AR invoice with an attachment from SAP to the customer, the customer will receive the AR invoice PDF copy.

However, it happens frequently that the attachment folder will not be mounted suddenly. We have to re-mount the attachment path. 

I'm not sure why. Any clue? 

FYI, we mount the attachment path using 'root' ID, and the 'root' ID password contains special characters like '!@#' Could this be the cause?

Please check if attachment folder is correctly mounted as per SAP note   3003664.

Still facing issue, please create incident using component "SBO-SD-INV"

On August 13th, we set up the auto mount and added it to the schedule. Since then, it hasn’t occurred. The customer is continuing to monitor the situation.
