Hello experts,
I detected an error from my client's SAP Business One system.
(System info : SAP Business One 8.82 PL10 / MSSQL database)
For a long time, my client's users have used double-click function to select a cell from tables instead of clicking the buttion 'Choose'.
For example, when filling in the field 'Customer' in the program 'A/R Invoice', choose a customer from the window 'List of Business Partners'. In this case, the users often used the double-click function instead of using the button 'Choose' located on the botton of the window 'List of Business Partners'.
For some reasons, at the moment, the double-click function is not working at all..
If there are experts who know about this issue's reason and solution, hope to give me some advice.
Thanks in advance
Best regards,
Wonuk Jeon

Hello Aziz,
Thanks for your comment.
The issue is not related to Windows settings because double-click works fine for Windows.

Hello Aziz,
There is no problem with the button.
What I meant is that there are two ways to fill in the field 'Customer' in A/R invoice.
One is using the button 'Choose' after choosing a customer from the list of business partners, which has no problem.
The other is double-clicking a customer from the list of business partners, which is my client's current problem.
Hope that my description is understandable for you.
Thanks
Bests,
Wonuk Jeon
