Hi
We are currently experiencing an issue with our SAP B1 MySQL company database. Suddenly, we lost access to our SAP server, and after restarting it, we noticed that the database is no longer displayed in the System Landscape Directory (SLD). Additionally, we are unable to connect to the database.
We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
Hi zernansq
Please click delete the db instance from SLD control center, refresh the companies list, add it back with server name.
If not working, please try adding server ip.
Thank You.
Kind Regards
Nidhi Singh
