SAP B1 Blank Printout

Dear All,

I would like to seek assistance regarding to printing over network printer for multiple workstation.

It prints only the boarder if using Crystal Report Layout and if PLD blank printout.

But if local print out it is okay. Also if you restarted the workstation the printout became okay but after a couple of minutes the issue occurs.

By the way the printer is LX310.

Hi,

Check any default printer is added for above layouts. Try to export to PDF and then print using same printer.

Hi Nagarajan,

Thanks for your response, there is no problem if I print not directly from SAP B1 client.

Even System Layout of PLD prints blank.
