SAP ACM cannot complete Load Data Capture

Hi,

I have created and approved a trading contract from a third party vendor to use in Load Data Capture.

The LDC ID could be created and released.

It then created a PO successfully.

However, the Orchestration Framework stops with error /ACCGO/OE_MSG070 - "No logistical TC found for the order xxx",

Can you let me know what configuration/step I am missing?

The error was due to our SAP version at that time. It was missing some SAP notes, resolved with SAP S/4 2020 upgrade.
