SAP 9 PL 08 - Cockpit Enabled in Server but not working in Client system

SAP 9 PL 08

Dashboard and cockpit enabled in Server

But not working in another client system

Error as "Check whether the Integration service is running in the windows services"

How to enable dashboard in a client system which is clearly connected with server in all other aspects f SBO

Please ensure integration services are network service.

This service is running in Server machine but in the client system this service is not installed
