Dear all,
following Scenario: mixed make to order and make to stock scenario. Sales orders availability check is carried out without considering the replenishment lead time. Means that sales orders are saved with unconfirmed quantities.
Then the production scheduling is executed with planned orders, firmed planned orders and production orders.
Sales executes VA06 several times a day with selection on "unconfirmed items". Here the users have to manually select the sales order, enter it in Change mode, execute the availability check, save and go back. This manul activities is a lot of effort and the users would like to reduce it.
The users would like to have a button in VA06 header level that executes the availability check for the selected sales order. Do you have any idea what the best way would be to achieve this? Or did maybe someone already implement that kind of functionality in a Z transaction?
(V_RA, V_V2 do not work...first of all because of make to order and the users prefer to use the VA06 selection and way of output) .
The question is rather confusing: the title says "mass ATP check" but then it seems you're wanting an individual ATP check per sales order, just without going into VA02. So which one is the question about?
I'd suggest to start with Google -> mass ATP check sales order site:sap.com -> and then post more specific questions, if any.
