Hello All,
I am working on S4H Cloud 2108.
I have configured the workflow and assigned approval reasons to the document types.
Unfortunately the sales orders are not appearing in the My Inbox, please can someone help me in resolving it.

did you have the chance to check the information I shared to you, especially some of the tips.
based on your current provided information(very limited), it might be very hard to give you more detailing information. e.g. other user received the workflow reqeust in the inbox? whether other documents workflow works? Is it the case on the Quality system? or on productive system? such detailing behavior might help.
As I said, based on your current general information, my suggestion would be still that, you try to go through each point of the Troubleshooting for workflow processing.
