Dear Expertise,
We have a situation where in the Marketing Team keeps making changes to the existing sales order,
The changes made to the sales order in are often not communicated to the production people and this leads to creation of the products not in sync with the updated sales order.
Could someone help us on this further process step to be followed with any documents would be appreciate .
This is related to S4Hana public cloud edition.

Hello sabarinathank,
I would recommend analyzing the use of approval workflows for sales documents. Alternatively you can also analyze the use of Sales Orders Events to notify about changes to a remote system or custom app.
