<b>I am in a roll out project and as per templates Branch offices are Sales Groups but my client doesnt have Branch offices so how to use the Sales persons.They require Salesman's email Address to be printed on all SD documents.How to configure the same.Please help me.</b>
Hi Sunil,
you can maintain sales employee as a partner function in a sales order. You can maintain e mail id of employee in master and populate same in SD documents.

In this scenario you can create sales representative as account group and use this every sales order,and most importantly maintain email address in the customer master data-- general data and call this by tracking from sales order in the output.
