Sales condition maintenance based on material groups

Dear all,

maybe a a stupid question, but I haven't found a solution so far....we have a simple Sales condition setup for PR00 with the following key combinations and sequence:

  1. Sales Org - Customer - Material
  2. Sales Org - Material
  3. Material

Means we are maintaining the Prices on material Level....the requirement is now that the yearly price changes can be maintained based on material group. e.g. all material belonging to material Group A get an increase of 2%....all materials belonging to material Group b get an decrease of 1,2%....How do I have to configure the System that I get the material Group as an additional selection field in e.g. VK12? Selection would then be based on material Group....and if material Group A is entered in the selection....all materials having the material Group A maintained in the material master should be displayed in the maintenance Screen....

Thank you for your support

First of all, my call name is not the one what you mentioned but the other one.

Coming to your query, you have to create a new access sequence adding material group to the existing condition type but this will not have any impact on the existing open sale orders, means, system won't fetch the newly created condition record to existing orders. You need to foreclose those and recreate afresh.

Dear Lakshmipathi,

sorry for mixing up your names...you mean like that? and how do I make sure that I do not have to maintain the material Group filed in VK112/VK12 then? Values should be coming from material master....do you know that?
