Like S4HANA On-Prem / Customer Management add-on, do we have the same features in S4HANA Cloud Rise - Private Edition?
If it is so, should we activate add-on to use presales and service request activities?

I could not express correctly, I guess.
SAP S/4HANA for customer management is an add-on for SAP S/4HANA. I think it is not an add-on that provided by a partner of SAP.
So, is there any function in SAP S4HANA Cloud that manages presales activities (task, appointment, visit, opportunity etc.)
